1) Exfoliate. Exfoliate. We must remove excessive build ups of dirt on our skin to achieve a clean fresh skin.

Cynicalmd recommends:
Body Shop Vitamin C Cleansing Face Polish.
What I like about this facial wash are the little beads that comes with the product. Because this product is so gentle, using it as a daily routine is not a problem!
But try and find your own exfoliating products making sure that they are not too harsh on your skin.

2) Eat Healthy
Avoiding fatty fried foods is the key to a healthy diet.
Try snacking on varieties of fruits rather than fast food and crisps. These items tend to have more fats and it can cause break outs to our skin.

3) Drink More Water
8 glasses per day is ideal to keep the toxic out of our system. If you think its not convenient, try filling up 2 average size mineral bottle with water. Take one bottle with you when you go out in the morning to work/college/school, drink on this supply of water through out the day. When you get back from work, u have another bottle at home to finish. This habit would save you from having bad skin and you would also notice, your hair would eventually become more and more healthy.

3) Exercise
The simplest form of exercise is to just walk, this is called 'brisk walking'. You may walk to the shop, to the park especially in the morning. In Malaysia, a brisk walking between the Subuh prayer and 7.30 AM is the best advice I can give. Exercise means more blood circulation to our systems, thus more blood would circulate and detoxify any toxins inside our body. Please avoid walking / jogging in the city where there are massive cars and fumes, this is not good for the skin and for our breathing system.

4) Lower sugar intake
If you have a candy tooth, you would realize that you have cravings for sweets and chocolates. I would suggest you resort to sugar when you feel extremely hungry when there is no instant available food around you, for eg when you are working hard, and you suddenly feel hungry but you prefer not to go and eat. Have a chocolate bar around with you, but eat them wisely. Think that every bite you take is ONLY to replace the energy you lose during working.

5) Eat good fats
Good fats are unsaturated fats: monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. The most popular unsaturated fats are the omega-3 fatty acids. These fats may be beneficial to your heart. Fatty, cold-water fish (such as salmon, mackerel and herring), flax oil and walnuts. Avocado is also very fatty yet nutritious fruit to eat. I like my avocado in sushis ;) Using olive oil inside your salad is also very beneficial and its also yummy ;)

What is family planning?
Family planning is a planning method to conceive babies. Basically, it is the "strategy" on how to have babies.

Below are the facts that you need to know before trying to conceive a child:

1) You must be aware of your monthly menstrual cycle!
You must write down when you started your period for each month and when it ended. You must have at least a record of 6 months cycle before starting your family planning. Even if you are still in your early 20s, keeping track of your period is important.

2) You must know when you ovulate!
Ovulation is the release of the ripe egg from the ovary. You are at your most fertile (meaning, highly to have babies) after ovulation has taken place.
Ovulation starts 14 days AFTER your first day of period (if your cycle is normally 28 days).

3) The sperm can live up to a week after intercourse.
